From a small grower in Russian River Valley of Sonoma. Medium Ruby in color. Complex aromas of black cherry cola, tobacco and baking spices. Medium bodied with notes of pomegranate, cranberry, caramel and spicy oak earth tones. Long lingering finish. Extra great when paired with duck confit and wild mushroom risotto, cedar plank roasted salmon or bacon wrapped veal loin....Yum!
