Plump and juicy with notes of chocolate and essence of elderberry jam, blackcurrant, plum and Danube cherry. Finishing dry, the smooth tannins add a textural dimension to the wine that is elegant and appealing. Try this with a Veal and wild mushroom risotto or perhaps a Pork roast in rich red wine sauce.
